Refund policy
At Biloniya Creations, we want you to love what you wear. If something isn’t quite right, we offer a simple exchange process to make things better for you.
1. Exchange Eligibility
Products are eligible for exchange if:
- The request is raised within 3 days of delivery
- The item is unused, unwashed, and in original condition
- All tags and original packaging are intact
- The product is not damaged or altered after delivery
Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted for exchange.
2. Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items are not eligible for exchange:
- Products purchased during sale or clearance
- Customized or made-to-order items
- Items without original tags or packaging
3. Damaged or Incorrect Product
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
You must provide:
- An unboxing video (from opening the sealed package)
- Clear images showing the issue
After verification, we will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.
4. Exchange Process
To request an exchange:

- Share your Order ID and reason for exchange
- Our team will guide you through the next steps
Customers may need to ship the product back unless a pickup is arranged.
5. Exchange Shipping
- Customers may be responsible for return shipping charges
- In case of defective or incorrect items, shipping will be covered by us
6. Exchange Approval
Once we receive and inspect the product:
- The exchange will be processed within 3–5 business days
- Exchanges are subject to product availability
If the requested product is unavailable, we may offer an alternative product or store credit.
